I believe that SaiOuma is one sided. People like to think that Saihara is the "Yandere" of the relationship. I believe that he gets uncomfortable whenever Kokichi makes close contact with him, because he is not used to that of contact. Using Shuichi as a yandere just doesn't make sense. That's basically switching his personality into something he never was in the first place, therefore it doesn't make sense. That sounds like a different character.
