Who is this boy and Bowers?!

I looked out my window and saw this boy,brown hair and blue eyes he kinda looked cute... i decided to go on a walk but someone grabbed me 

Victor said "Bowers! what you got?!-" 

Bowers said" a new pretty girl, what should you be doing out here" 

I replied" no of your business bowers!" 

bowers said "how do you know my name..."

"oh you don't remember me bowers do you.?"

bowers said"no not really but go ahead and tell me" 

i said "my name y/n, remember i tried to help you with your anger and calm you down and you stopped for a while but i had to move because my family got a divorce and i didn't wanna make you worry..."
