"Well its nice to see that you and Kenma get along. He has a lot of trouble in socializing so when you introduced yourself earlier I was really surprised that he has friends, other than Kuroo or the rest of the team of course," she exclaims as you chuckle a little.

--Time skip--

The awkward yet silent tension filled the atmosphere as you and Kenma both walked to school. You both knew that at this pace, the two of you would get scolded because you both took too long and that this is already marked as late, but you guys didn't care.

"Your mom was nice," you said as you broke the awkward silence. "I'll take that as a compliment I guess.." He says.

Once again silence fills the atmosphere around the two of you.

As you both walked to school, Kenma grabs his phone out of his pocket. Out of curiosity, you took a quick peek on his phone screen to see what he was playing. Unfortunately, you weren't able to see it due to the sunlight that was reflecting on the phone screen. Heck you didn't even know how he was even playing with that kind of condition at that point.

"Whatcha playing?" You ask the pudding head. "Animal Crossing..." He mutters, looking back down onto his screen like he always does. "Ah I see," you respond.

You both enter the gym, tired from all the running since you only found out that there were only 10 minutes left until morning volleyball practice ends. Because of this, you had to forcefully drag Kenma into running with you instead of walking, which was a big hassle for the teenage boy.

"We're.... H-Here.." You say, trying to catch your breath as Kenma follows just right behind you. "What happened to you guys?" Kuroo questions the two of you, "I thought you'd be quick," he says. "Technically all I said was that it is my job to assure that all of the members on the team arrive on time for volleyball practice," you state. "But that's still pretty suspicious though," Inuoka says, placing his hand on his chin, acting as if he was in a detective movie having to solve a mystery. "What's so suspicious about us arriving late?" You ask in a friendly tone. "Nothing," he replies as you shrug it off.

The team knew fairly well that Kenma would never even try to socialize, especially with girls. Knowing this, the whole team was taken aback because out of all the students in Nekoma High, he chooses to interact with you, (Y/N) (L/N).

"Anyways, enough about that. Everybody start cleaning up! You can head to your classes once you've finished cleaning," Coach Manabu instructs everybody.

You arrive back home and rush to your room, excitedly grabbing your tablet to play some Minecraft. What you didn't expect was that your online friend, _ApplePie_, to be online at the time you logged in so you thought, hey, it wouldn't hurt to invite him right? As if your brain was split in half into two different minds, you answered 'yes' to your own question.

You still remember the day where you first met Apple Pie. You could definitely tell that they were the type of person to socialize and have a lot of friends in real life. At least, that's what you thought.

Out of curiosity, you wondered what Apple Pie's gender was and couldn't help but ask them to confirm.
