(shadow's pov)

Sonic was something new. Something different.

Nothing felt like him, not the roughness of his lips or the fairness of his hair. It felt addictive.

My heart thundered in my chest, the lightening sending sparks to his lips and my cheeks feeling hot and looking red.

Suddenly, Sonic paused and broke the kiss.

My eyes grew wide, had I done something wrong?

'We... can't do this.' Sonic whispered, 'It's wrong.'

'Who cares.' I groaned, 'You're all I need.'

'She will care.' Sonic spoke.

'You decided this. You chose this.' I added, the heat of my cheeks started to fade.

Sonic's face grew pale, his body started to twitch. Guilt.

'Through the guilt, you know it is okay. You know this is what you want.' I persuaded him. 'Don't push back your feelings.'

I take a step forwards and carefully touch the collar of his shirt, he pushes my chest and I stumble back onto the path. I hiss in annoyance, this should be what he wants. This should be perfect, this should be real.

But the blockage of guilt inside of Sonic prevents his instincts, his deep emotions, his love. I need to pull these walls down -he needs to open up to me.
