Scattered Beauty

I looked up at the sky,
                   Full of shining stars

I saw his face,

                 eyes staring into mine

Such a peaceful night,
                 Full of scattered light

His soft brown hair...
 And ocean blue eyes,

                  twinkling under, the beautiful starlight

But admiring the darkness of the night

And imperfections on his face,
                                        made me realize

That constellations and perfections

are merely disguise !

Stars don't have,
                          to align into one

That his face didn't have to,
                         be the perfect one...

Because their sight is ravishing,

Making their scattered beauty so dazzling !

In this poem, I literally told two aspects...one that of :

'Night' and how that scattered stars, without forming constellations can also turn it into beauty. I honestly think that night is calm and peaceful and it gives away so many secrets and yet, it seems so mysterious...!  and other that of,

Imperfections of his 'Face'. That face can be of anyone, I didn't specify anyone but I wanted to specify those imperfections we see on the faces of people we love or care about...        So, no matter if the person has scars or freckles or any other  imperfection, it just makes him/her all the more beautiful. Those imperfections are perfections in their own way and we see the real beauty of that person...

I literally don't know how this poem has come out to be... did you like it ?
