Visenya Targaryen is the eldest, and only surviving, child of Rhaegar Targaryen and Elia Martell. After Robert Baratheon's rebellion was won, instead of being slaughtered by the Mountain like her mother and siblings she was saved by Ned Stark and taken as his ward.
A dragon raised by wolves, Visenya found a home in Winterfell, and a family in the Starks. But all good things must come an end, especially in Westeros. When Ned Stark is executed on false charges of treason by Joffrey Baratheon, Visenya marches South with Robb's army. Not one to let the men do the fighting for her, she fights alongside Robb in every one of his battles, quickly earning her right to be named after Queen Visenya Targaryen I. But tragedy strikes when they return to The Twins to attend Edmure Tully's wedding to one of the Frey girls.
Mourning the loss of her life, as well as all the lives lost at The Red Wedding, she ends up taking residence in Blaviken. Now she finds her destiny intertwined with the White Wolf on her quest to go back home.
