Undress me
Of the flaws I keep to myself
So others won't see
How I clothed myself
Just to conceal
The ugliness inside me.
Undress me
Of the pains I feel in my heart
So others won't feel
How I distanced myself
Just to protect them
From the demons inside me.
Undress me
Of the nakedness I try to hide
So others won't bleed
And so others won't hurt
From this tragedy
That is me.
