Y/N pov
Run.. that's all what was in my mind right now. Sprinting away from where I saw my "parents" last moments. My dad was shot down and dead.

What scared me the most was that they weren't even human?? It was some sort of bird and another demon that my friend last saw before disappearing. (This is a sequel to the Blitzø one :>) but all that matters is that I'm safe from my parents and those creatures.

Flashy backy
Sitting in my room. Just minding my business. Knowing at anytime my parents would come out of nowhere and ruin the peace. I bet they are waiting and craving right now, to maid me around this house. Doing there bidding.

I wish the ground would swallow me up from this hell. I wish they never adopted me. I wish-

"Y/N!" Speak of the devil. No. Two devils. I get up from my bed and make my way to the steps since my door was open. And I was met with for demons eyes. Waiting to pounce.

"We have told you to clean every single inch of this house. Cook dinner. And wash the clothes! Have you done it? No." My father had told me. They were both holding a belt. And my mom had a knife in the other.

"I'm sorry. Mother and father. I forgot to make dinner. But I did everything else." I say looking down at the floor. I hope they would give me mercy.. I hope someone will help me.

They looked at each other with smiles on there faces. "I think you need to learn a lesson. Hehehehe I think you need to be locked in that room and starve don't you think Charles?" My mom said. Her name was Alex, while my dads name was Charles's.

"I sure think so baby. But first... we need to give her a nice beating." My dad said as he raised the belt in his hand, ready to strike.

But it never happened. I looked up to see my mom surprised and my dad on the floor.. lifeless. That's when I take this chance to run up to my room. Jump out the window. And run..

Stolas pov

This place is absolutely stunning! I don't remember being out in the human world! But me and my Blitzie had work to do. We already killed the target but for some reason, I wanted to keep the child that they had. Maybe that there was a purpose.. to take it? I'm not sure but I remember Blitzø taking a child but if course he gave it away.

"Hey uh. Blitzie?" I say with a concerned tone. "What do you want now slut, and don't even think about coming up with a pervert thing to do or else I'm blowing up your feathered ass." He said with anger. My god he's so cute like that! But getting back to topic.

"Did you see a child? At the stairs? Please don't Tell me I'm the only one who saw that." I say as he looks up with concern as well. Must have gotten his attention. "Well. Yeah. But I don't see why your worried." He said

"Let's look for him/her. Maybe we can see why that someone would want to take out her mom.

Y/N pov

I think I ran as far as I could from that hell of a house. And I'm right now at a tree. Resting. My stomach hurts from running and starvation. I'm going to die... as I close my eyes I hear some footsteps coming to my way..

I straight up jump from where I'm sitting and run away to hide again. "Wait!" Someone calls out. They sound male and British. Maybe they can help me?

"Please come out. I won't hurt you I promise! I just want a word with you." They say as they keep on looking around. Maybe I can give them a chance. And hopefully they can lead me to food! I go out of hiding to see the same bird creature facing there back towards me.

I tap there back and they swiftly turned around, looking down at me. "Oh hello there child. Why didn't you stay with your mom so she could protect you? I mean, if we were a danger to you." The bird says bending down to my level.

"She wouldn't protect me.. she would run and leave me to die.. she dosnt care about me.. no one does.." I say with sadness in my tone. It's true. No one has ever tried to help me when I escaped from my parents. And when I go back, i get stabbed motiple times.

"Oh you poor sweet thing. I'm sorry this is happening." He says as he picks me up, and holding me like a baby. That's when he calls for someone and then the same demon that was at the house comes out.

"What the FUCK you want now slu-" He almost said a word until he looked at me. Scared of his yelling. "So. This is the kid we saw?" He said pointing at me. That's when the bird holding  me nods and starts walking to the other demon.

"Oh no no no. I'm not taking care of another kid." He says putting his claws up. "That's not why I'm coming over here. You need to say sorry." You know what. I'm going to call the bird Big bird. And the demon Mr Dem. Because why not?

"Why the fuck do I need to say sorry?" Mr Dem says. "F..fu..fuck!" I say. Man it sounded like a fun word! I wanna say it again! "Fuck!" I say again as Mr Dem and Big bird look ast me with wide eyes

"No no! You don't say that kid!" Mr Dem says. "Okay I guess we're bringing her back with us huh." Mr Dem says drawing a pentagram. Then it turns into a portal as we walk in to see this huge castle! "Wow! This is amazing!" For the first time I smiled. It was a pretty adorable one to.

Big bird puts me down as I run around, sparking eyes and everything. That's until I bump into another bird. "Uh. Dad? Who's this?" She says as she looks at Big bird. "I didn't get her name. What's your name sweetie." Big bird asked me.

I looked down but then said my name. That's when I looked around to see Mr Dem no where in sight. Maybe he left? That's when I felt to pairs of ar- err. Claws pick me up. When I looked up i see the female bird looking at me.

"I know this is sudden but.. can we keep her!" She said with joyful eyes. (like as a friend Ik she emo shut.)  Big bird looks at her then me then her again. "Sure why not. But she's sleeping with me tonight because I wanna ask her questions." Big bird says

After all the questions I come into his bed as he walks to the door. "Wh-where are you going Big bird?" Oh yeah. He said his name was Stolas but he says I can still call him big bird. "I'm leaving the room so you can sleep my dear." He says with a claw on the nob.

I open my arms and wiggle them around "No!! Stay with me please ." I say with my eyes closed and tears on the bridges ready to fall. He looks at me with concern but then he starts walking over to me and goes in the blanket.

I then hold on to him close for my dear life, never wanting to let go because he's so soft! He then holds on to me to.

"It'll be alright my child. I will keep you and Octavia safe."
