i got out of the shower did my hair makeup and got changed. it was 8:00 am now but thank god mar offered a ride anyway. i got out of the house as quickly as i could and got in the car

he looked at me and i rolled my eyes,
we got to school and the group was standing there.
they also made amends with the bitch ass so that was fun. they alr knew mar and became quite close a bit quickly.

we got out the car together and there they were staring at us.

"what?" i said
they all carried on talking.
mattia walked up to me while saying "hey devin we need to ta-"
mar stepped in
"i think tf not" he said
"mattia piss off" i said
"fuck you both" he walked off
"not like u fucked jenna" i shouted
he stopped
and he turned
"you know that's the biggest mistake of my fucking life devin"
"mine was you." i said
mar pulled me away to class.
"devin don't" he said

mattias pov:

she walked away with that weirdo, i wanted to fight for her so bad, not let her go, hang on to her ... but no. i would hurt her even more, no one understands the pain i'm going through but i know devin is going through something 10000 times worse. i needed to talk to her... not just yet.
i know mariano is just going to take her away from me, you can already tell he's the good guy, the guy that she's probably already in love with, the guy thats there for her whatever, and they've only met yesterday.

i fucking miss everything about her, i'm nothing without her. atleast i have jenna rn. what the fuck have i done? i had the best life, with the only girl that mattered in my life and i gave it all away for some sex. i'm such a fucking joke. i deserve every ounce of pain, i miss her too much. i bought this upon myself i'll be lucky enough even to just be friends.

mar's pov;

i pull her away because i don't want her to get hurt even more, i decide i wanna talk to her so i get her to skip 3rd so we can meet under the bleachers. yes the bleachers. 1st period was boring it was gym and second i had mattia in and he sat next to me. i looked at him then looked back at my book, piece of shit. "listen mari fucking ano" he said
who does this mf think he is
"no you listen you fucking waste of sperm, come near devin again or even talk to her you'll see what imma do to you, shit face, go take a shower or sum, homeless mf" i replied
the bitch ass kissed his teeth and kept quiet, thas what i thought.

then came 3rd i went under the bleachers and waited for devin, she came two minutes after i arrived. "mar" she said with a broken emotion
she came and gave me a hug i was confused but hugged back, we stayed like this for a good few mins, it was obvious she couldn't take it.
i put my hand around her face and put her messy strands of hair away from her face i pulled her against my chest and kissed her head.
"i just can't anymore, i have to face them every day, i just can't" she said
"you'll get through it, you're too strong to let something like this faze you bb" i said comforting her
"mhm" she replied still buried in my chest. we sat under the bleachers eating my extra snacks having a laugh then it got deep then sad then happy and funny, a weird rollercoaster of emotions, i already know this girl inside out and she knows me inside out.

the rest of the periods passed and it was already time for lunch, we sat at an empty table because we were still quite early and didn't wanna be around noise.
"ugh can this day already be done with" she complained but her head on my shoulder
"tell me about it" i replied

the boys came over to the table and mattia followed them.

"the fuck he doin here" i said
"listen mar he's sorry just let him sit here" roshaun replied
i ignored him.

then motherfucking jenna decided to tag along
"hey baby" mattia said, jenna then sat on his lap.
"yeh erm i think the fuck not" devin laughed
she got up and i got up, she was not gonna have it let's be honest it's devin.

we were walking out and she put her arms around me, ugh my soft spot.

mattias pov:

"someone got out of the wrong side of the bed today" i laughed
everyone in response told me to shut the fuck up.

fantastic.
i saw them walk out and all cuddly and it broke me heart watching her with another guy she wasn't even dating. they look at each other with some twinkling bullshit in their eyes. some fairytale love story.
"so what are they?" i asked the group
"friends" alvaro replied

friends don't look at fucking friends that way.
