Jisoo was lying down her bed, one in the morning; battling with her thoughts so she could drift off to sleep.

Staring at the glowing in the dark stars on her ceiling; her phone dinged.

Her brows creased as she was not expecting any notifications now, especially because it is already one in the morning and there are classes few hours from now.  She lazily picked up her phone and unlocked it.

Her face lit up when she realized it was a notification from her Wattpad app. She have been waiting for it to notify her with something since a few days ago when Vantae, her favorite writer, finished his sixth book. He's the only account Jisoo is following so she is certain that the notification is from him and she was right.

Her eyes widened when she saw it.

He posted another book!

Jisoo hurriedly checked it, nearly dropping her phone on her head.

Her brows creased the moment she read the description. It says,

[ To the girl I admire. ]

Jisoo licked her lips as confusion started to fill her up. She clicked the 'read' button to read further. There is only one chapter posted, it is the intro of the story.

Jisoo sat up as she focused on reading it.

[ Hi. This is not exactly a story, confession is the right term to describe this book. There's this one girl I like in school. I've been admiring her for four years now and my feelings keep getting stronger each passing day. She's also the reason why I started writing here and I think it wouldn't hurt if I share this to all of you. I still can't face her while showing my growing feelings for her so I decided to confess in this way. She might not read it but I just want to get this out or else I'll explode. Jisoo's lips shaped 'o' as she read it the second time. A confession! Her heart raced, trying to control her intrigued self.

In two years of admiring Vantae, she have grown to admire him not just as a writer but also as a man. He made Jisoo realize things and made her perspective better. Him having someone he likes is not a surprise anymore but she did not expect him to post a confession.

A smile tugged on Jisoo's lips as she think about the book.

It takes time and a lot of courage to confess. Maybe he is not yet ready to say it exactly to the girl he likes, Jisoo thought. 

She lie back down on her bed again, realizing she is now given more reason to stay up until the last minute of dawn.

Jisoo locked her phone after adding the story to her library.
