As a reminder of the families the rebels tore apart, each family will nominate one of their children for the reaping bowl. The rest will be generously spared for one year. It's the eve the reaping for the 4th Quarter Quell. Ramie Lewin, a 16 year old girl from the Seam of District 12 is anxious that her name could be drawn. As the eldest in her family it only made sense that her name would be put forward. However, there would be a significantly smaller number of potential tributes. District 12 hadn't seen victory since the 74th games. When they're only two living victors, Katniss and Peeta Mellark, had done what hadn't been done before or since. Leave the arena together. However the two of them hadn't managed to get a single tribute to victory since winning. Ramie doesn't like her odds, but maybe they can turn in her favor.
