Smaller, younger, and less experienced than her peers, yet Y/N was any of the older, stronger men who worked with her on the force. A notebook and pen connected to her mind created potential to discover clues that no one else would have even thought to look for, aiding the force in coming to swifter conclusions in every single case she was ever involved in.
