I close my laptop shut as I just stare at him. "L..." He focuses on the papers in his hand instead of looking at me. "Either go to bed or wear your glasses. You're going to need a new prescription at this rate." He sighs and puts the papers to the side in a neatly folded pile before his gaze meets mine again. "No." I grumble slightly as I pinch the bridge of my nose. He knows I'm right but he's too stubborn to do what I say. "No?" I ask as I give him an irritated smile. "I think you accidentally said the word no. Want to change your answer?" L groans softly and runs a hand through his messy hair. "I can see just fine." Eyo it's me, back at it again with the dumb rare-pair fanfic! Ok sorry about the dumb damn Daniel reference, I've been rewatching a lot of SaltyDKDan videos. Anyways this is a fanfic that follows L and Matsuda in an au where Light is taken down before the time-skip, and now the Kira Catching Squad has disbanded, for the most part, as L and Matsuda still work together, doing cases with each other, and living together.
