#TLAParticipant2018 "Quotes Mackenzie" tells the story of Bobby Mackenzie. He's the youngest child of Lindsey Mackenzie, his single mother. Bobby is an 11 year old with a severe speech impediment who's obsessed with movies and TV shows; he eats, sleeps, and breathes them. He's not picky either. From Family Guy to The Breakfast Club, South Park to Citizen Kane, and Full House to Titanic, there isn't a single movie or TV show that Bobby doesn't love. In fact, Bobby loves them so much that every student in his grade level calls him, "Quotes Mackenzie" because he talks using quotes from movies or TV shows very frequently. This story takes place over the course of Bobby's first week of middle school. In that week, Bobby has to deal with harder schoolwork while also attempting to help his best friend get together with his crush. Unfortunately, Bobby is also forced to deal with bullies... *WARNING* For those of you who watch out for mature content, this story contains strong language, some mature humor, bullying, and thematic elements that may not be appropriate for children.
