And then I broke. I fell to my knees and sobbed; not only because of Wilson and the girl, but because I was completely and utterly overtaxed. A boy visited me in my dreams, told me about a girl that knew me, I had no idea who that girl was, then simply vanished - I met a nice boy, he had some really creepy powers when we were together, suffered from amnesia, thus knew nothing about himself, not even his own goddamn age - I saw an old friend, find out she's erased, and now my neighbor turns out to be yet another person around me with strange powers - then my father, who forbid me to have a mind of my own - and, lastly, some people attacked me for no apparent reason, and even though I'm not a Guardian, their power hadn't affected me. Those weren't the teenager problems I'd wished for when I'd decided to attend high school.
