"Who the fuck are you?" I state. Why the hell is some random ass man standing right outside my door. "Your new bestfriend!" He smirks. Cameron is 19 years old. She has moved across the country in hopes of a new life. After running from an abusive past, Cameron is optimistic about this new life. She doesn't plan on making friends or any type of a relationship for that matter. She doesn't want to leave more people in crumbles in case she has to flee again. Why is she like this? Her dad. The only person who she needed the most, treated her like absolute shit. Once he started drinking again and getting more physical, Cameron realized that if she wanted to stay with her only sense of home, she needed to learn how to fight. Of course she was robbed of the only thing keeping her sane when she left town and didnt look back, but she also left with great fighting skills. What happens when a group of friends insist on becoming friends with her? I think it's time you find out. WARNING: I'm not sure how much mature stuff I will be putting in this story, but if anything mature just so happens to pop up, I will put a trigger warning before the chapter starts. Mention of abuse, drugs, etc. Note: I AM IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM, trying to romanticize trauma. This is real life stuff that happen to real people and needs to be taken seriously. Just know if you feel this way in any chapter feel free to let me know and I can change it. Enjoy your read :)
