The weather is something people can't really predict. Sometimes it will rain when it's supposed to be a sunny day. In the city of Magnolia there are rumors going around about people seeing a blonde girl everytime it rains but as soon as it stops she vanish. Many people don't believe those rumors, but there was one boy that happened to prove to himself that those stories are true, he even manage to catch feeling for the mysterious blonde girl but all of it felt so unrealistic, too good to be true, almost as if it was just a dream.
