Tig did not wallow in self-pity, no, he took it upon himself to fix things around the house that Claudia wanted done.  While renovating the kitchen, Tig found a letter that he never opened.  A letter dated 9 years after his old lady's 'death'.  Upon reading the letter, Tig became angry, viciously angry, but at the same time heartbroken.
