a priest in the church who isn't as holy as he should be. A sadistic, manipulative man who is only nice when he gets his way. Unlike some common belief, he is only partially modified with regeneration and better healing factor than most. He only listens to the 'Higher Powers' that he hears in his head.
He has a wife and a child, though he shuts down when someone asks about his wife, and he doesn't talk about his child.
