Some people outgrow the stories that made them. I never did.

I'm AJ Deniega - a Communication and Visual Arts graduate who has been writing since 2013, when a childhood love of Avatar: The Last Airbender convinced me that fictional worlds could feel as real as the one you live in. My first story was called Soul Taker. It was the beginning of an obsession I have not recovered from and do not intend to.

I write Sci-Fi and Fantasy - worlds built from imagination, passion, and the stubborn belief that a good story can take you somewhere you have never been and make you feel like you were always supposed to find it.
