Aliyah

I'm Aliyah, and I'm 23 years old. I love to create, especially with words. My main platform is now inkitt, but I still write stuff on here.

I'm from Jamaica, so if you don't understand something I wrote, just ask for the translation in the comments or dm me.

I cannot spell to save my life. Spellcheck is bae. If I've misspelled something, and didn't pick it up, please don't judge me. I'm constantly editing my stories. If you re-read it and see a minute change, don't worry. You haven't gone mad.

I'm open to requests, if you ask for them. If you ask me to read your work, I'll definitely try. 

I love photography. All of my book covers except the one for Lynched were made by myself, using original photographs (I used a drawing filter for Operation X and Underwater Neighbours). Fun fact: the hand for the cover of MNM is mine, and I made the ring. I had to edit the skin colour, and ended up editing the sheets too, because I'm relatively pale. I used my hand because my characters, Leah especially, are precious to me, and I wanted to personally represent her on the cover. The lipstick stain on MNM XXX is also mine.
