When he is not writing, he works as a tutor in computer studies at a middle-level college in Kenya.
Currently he is an active participant in the 5th Writing Project (WRIPE - 5) organized by Chinthaka Nanayakkara scheduled for 22 march 2019 the World Water Day. Since his entry to WRIPE - 5 in English was so successful, he started to translate it to Swahili.
