Hey everyone! Long time no see.
          
          For those of you that read my posts before I went silent, I mentioned that I was taking a break from Lost in Litany to work on some other writing projects that I wanted to do as a sort of 'refresher'. Well, turns out, that 'little side project' has turned out to be a bit longer than expected, and while it certainly isn't going to be a 'Lost in' length book, it's looking like it's forecasting to be about ISBU length.  (Although, clearly I have a bad track record of predictions, so take that with a grain of salt, haha). I've been getting a chapter out a week on it, though, so it should be wrapped up before summers end if all goes well. 
          
          I mentioned that I would be waiting until it was done to format it over here, but seeing as I'm taking so long, I didn't want to make you all wait, and since I'm on vacation this week and had some free time, I formatted all the past chapters on a plane ride so they're ready to post!
          
          I hope you all enjoy it! (pardon the placeholder cover; as I mentioned, I'm on vacation and didn't have time to whip up a proper one). As soon as it's done, I'll be back on Litany, I swear! Sorry to those of you desperately waiting. I think my break from it helped, as I genuinely miss those characters and that world, and can't wait to get back to writing it.

Hey, all! Long time, no update. 
          
          My apologies if I got anyone excited upon them seeing ISBU get updated; I just realized the other day that I never put an actual link to the physical version, so was just doing some housekeeping work today. I took a little break from writing the last week as I'm hitting a bit of slowdown on motivation for Lost in Litany.  Being pretty busy with work and life as of late, all of my free time ahs been mostly focused on that story, and I think it's starting to show.
          
          By no means am I done with it! I'm going to get back to it and hopefully have another chapter out to you all in the next week or two, but it may be a little more slow going for the next month or two. I have another writing project that I want to work on as a sort of side thing, so I'll be splitting my time between the two. 
          
          The 'Lost in' Series has been one of my favorite things to work on that I've done so far, but after spending the last couple years of my life with those characters and that story alone, I think it'll be nice to take a mini break from them, then come back with refreshed eyes. I've already written the first part to my little side project, and I could already feel the creative flow coming a lot more naturally as I worked compared to how Litany has been lately. 
          
          Unfortunately, for now, that new story is going to be hosted on my reddit account; kind of the opposite of how I usually do things. I normally post here, then reddit gets updates second, but this story is going to be formatted a little more to their style, so it'd be a little funky to try and post it on here. Don't worry, though, I'll still get you all a link for anyone who wants to check it out, and after it's done, I'll be sure touch it up, then get it posted over here!

Hey, everyone! Just a real quick update for you!
          
          Sorry for the lack of a chapter update. After getting ISBU published, I decided I was going to take a break for the holidays. Ironically, that break ended in me getting violently sick and being bedridden for the last half of it, so maybe that was a sign that I shouldn't have taken one. The writing keeps me youthful, haha.
          
          I'm going to get back to work now, although I'm admittedly brushing up against some writers block. There's a lot in Litany that I'm VERY excited to get to, but there are all these little bridging parts that are giving me some trouble to get right, as particular as I am about story flow and character interaction. All of this is to say, if you'll just be patient with me for a little longer, I'm hoping to be back on track soon. So sorry for the wait.
          
          Thank you again to everyone who bought a copy of ISBU last month and left a review; you have no idea how amazing it was to see so many people buy a copy and show interest in a physical work of mine. Your reviews were all so incredible, kind, and far more than I deserve. Thank you for that as well.

          (P.S. I think I'm finally nearing being able to reveal that side thing I've been teasing for God knows how long now. Just need to get back into the rhythm of Lost in Litany full time, and then I'll feel comfortable posting the other stuff I've been working on. @OldestDream99 aw thank you so much! I'm so flattered that my story is still your favorite and that you would share it with people like that. I hope you enjoy it as much reading it through again, especially since I went back and refined a lot of my less that stellar writing from that time haha.           Sorry for the wait! I should have probably expected the desire for kindle and had this ready for the physical release too. I suppose that's just part of the first time learning curve of publishing haha. More knowledge for next time, I suppose!
          
          Now that I'm finally done, it's back to Lost in Litany having my full attention! At least for a while... Then it's time to start the publishing process for Lucidity

          There really isn't much else I can say (thanks to character limit) other than thank you. Thank you so, SO much. I know a simple book through KDP isn't a very big deal compared to some authors who have their works in book stores across the globe, but it means a great deal to me to be able to hold my work in my hands, bound and printed in a form that I'd always dreamed about. None of that would have happened without all of your positivity and encouragement over the years; I don't think I would have had the motivation to pursue it. Again, thank you.

Hey, everyone! 
          
          First off, sorry for such a long gap in posting (I know a month is bad, even for me), but I swear there's a decent reason this time! Editing is officially done for It's Somewhere Beneath Us! I forced myself to sit down the last few weeks and really get cracking on it, and we're finally done with the big stuff. Now, all that's left to do is finishing up the formatting and the cover, then one last little gloss over to make sure I didn't miss anything huge. 
          
          This week is Thanksgiving week, so I'm not sure how much I'll get done in that time, but the week after will be right back to work. I'm aiming for mid December to get it up on Amazon so you all get finally get your hands on a physical copy if you want one.
          
          I'm doing my best to get writing done on Lost in Litany in the background of all that too, so don't worry, chapters will still be flowing (hopefully at their usual pace again). A while ago, I also mentioned some "extra stuff coming down the line", and while it fell a little to the back burner, I still have a lot of that done and hopefully coming soon! I just am very poor at planning out content releases for you all, haha.
          
          Regardless, thank you all so much for the constant support and patience. I'm honestly super happy I get to make things for such lovely people to enjoy :) It really does keep me going.
