I am going through a lot right now, but I will still be posting Saving the Damsel, but I need to edit the last 7 chapters and schedule the entire book.

@JankyFluffy Sorry first published ebook authors. You are right, things have changed in the last ten years due to indie success.
@SeraDrake I have a friend who turned down traditional publishers because it meant giving their rights to his entire series.
@SeraDrake I used to think I wasn't traditional published but an indie author, and a person who works for an agent both told me that I am traditional published. Traditional now is an advance, or straight fee, or a %. As long as they don't ask you to pay it's traditional. I was published with straight fees for one story, and % for my ebooks. I am actually one of the first book published authors in particular genre. (I write multiple genres but have never been a bestseller.) My writing is too niche, to make a living with, and I am okay with it, though the book I am publishing now is my most commercial book.

All you is promote your books. Promo swaps are page two about finding a friend to promote with and I want more authors to promote. It's not about me getting famous, but about writers finding readers even if they are books I don't read. I have very strong boundaries, so every book is not for me. I have not always received notifications when I get judges in contests. Sometimes I get 100's of notifications in a day and it gets lost, but lately I haven't even got tags from contests about judges has anyone else had this issue or it is it just me.
It's gotten to the point that I hate joining contests that don't have the judge's pre-assigned. I am getting half the tags that people send to me.
Does this happen to other people reciving mass tags, or is it just me.

@carelesswillow Good Luck. The book is finished but, I need to re-edit the last half, I want everything ready beforehand and these two chapters take such a long time.
