The realm was an expanse of pure white. A single pillar of darkness stood in the distance, but it was empty now, and impenetrable. 
Nyx was dead. The Void was there before her, before realms, and this part she had made her home did not cease with her demise, but simply lingered on, a forgotten relic.
And thus the Shadow's life was over. All remnants of her memory passed into myth, memory and the shadows. Her greatest wish had always been to return to the shadows, and it was finally granted.
