To those who are unaware, apart from being a writer on Wattpad, I am also a published author. I have published a romance novel 'With Love, Forever' (sample chapters available here), two sci-fi novelettes (excerpts available here), and one poetry collection 'La Douleur Exquise'. 
          
          After motherhood happened in 2018, I couldn't bring myself to write another full-fledged novel. I completed my popular Wattpad series 'Diya Rai' during my pregnancy, but couldn't complete my supposed second novel 'Bid Time A Goodbye'. Even publishing my first novel 'With Love, Forever' in July 2019 happened because I had already completed it in 2017.
          
          Right from 2016, this story has undergone so many revisions, a major accident in 2019 (which resulted in the loss of 43k words), and so much editing. Yet, I am still in the same place. Even if I sit down with a determination to complete this novel, I find myself not going beyond the 10th chapter.
          
          This time, I have a renewed energy to somehow complete this and I have even set a deadline. If I am not disciplined, this book will never see the light of the day. But it has to, the story has to.
          
          So, I will be posting a few chapters here on Wattpad and see how the reception is. I have already undertaken this strategy for the first draft of 'With Love, Forever' and it had worked well. I gained a few genuine readers too. 
          
          I hope 'Bid Time A Goodbye' receives the same positive reception. Thank you!
