I am still at war with my demons... My hand pain is getting worse again... I've stopped therapy as it started to aggravate my pain... I don't know why it worked at first or why it's seemed to backfire... I just wish the pain would stop... My depression has also seemed to get worse yet somehow better? like the thoughts I have are worse but they are touch and go but also a little more frequent. I know I need to go to therapy and see a counselor but I don't have insurance anymore... and I don't have a job to afford insurance... My life is slowly falling apart so book updates will be varied.
