Hello, all. Recently, it has been brought to our attention that there was a book warning people not to interact with us. Of course, your interactions with us are completely voluntary; however, we would like to clear up some of the stuff stated in the chapter. It was under "small list of people to block and report" that stated we are a report team as bad as Android's and comments mentioned we condone harassment... Our founder, Bow, was also mentioned in this chapter with claims of harassment without proof... We would like to make it clear that Bow has been on a bit of a mental health hiatus for the past month... For anyone who has followed us for any length of time, we do not condone nor to we encourage harassment. Another thing to note, the book posted about our team lacked any sort of proof of their claims; the user in question only writing about us in a short paragraph... It is also worth noting that in the comments when people were asking for proof, the user stated our team "probably harass people without proof."
          We are PR0T3CT10N strive to make Wattpad a safer space, all suggested reports being looked over by each member of our council before being placed in a book... Our council members are also the only password holders to the account to make sure nothing is posted without the permission of everyone... Another thing that I would like to note, something that makes our team different than Android's is we require multiple screenshots when people submit a report rather than simply telling others to report an account with a screenshot of the user... We want to apologise if any of this doubts your credibility with our team, but we wanted to make a statement rather than stay silent. As always, please be safe.

A quick reminder to block anyone that asks for personal info! 
          This may include, but not be limited to;  personal info such as age, location, what you are wearing, what school you go to, what you look like, real name, what your home looks like, birth certificates, documents, any adresses, such as which parent's home you are staying at for ____ long, height, first and last names of any relatives, any sort of pictures, and anything along those lines that seems like a bad idea to send and/or is an intrusion to you privacy and boundaries.
