not a vent, just a rant. *clears throat* so I have this friend "J". I also have "D", "Z", and "M". All of them are male except for M. M had a birthday party tonight and we were all invited. M and Z are dating. J, D, Z, and I all decide that we'll ride together with D driving. I'm still waiting for D to leave HIS house 6 minutes before it starts when I get a text from him saying his grandma is sick and that he'll meet me there if I'll pick up J and Z. I'm tweaking out a bit but everything's fine. I drive to J's house to pick him up. I call him twice and they both go straight to voice mail. He's got do not disturb on. I text him and hit 'notify anyway'. Five minutes pass. I get out of my car and go to his door, but I don't know which apartment it is. I wait a few more minutes for a reply (in the cold) before calling D and asking if he knows. D tells me that the day prior him and "S" went to pick up J and J didn't come out for 40 minutes and then got mad at D and S for being upset about it. So I leave. D picks up Z and we have to park 20 minutes away by walk since there's so little parking downtown. So D, Z, and I are a full hour late by this point. I'm pissed because I promised I wouldn't be late, D's pissed because J keeps pulling this, and Z's pissed because he was an hour late to his girlfriend's party. Everything ended up being okay but it was still annoying as hell. But J's favorite drink is Dr Pepper (as in he drinks a 2 liter of it every day) so when the Dr Pepper glass pitcher thingy was empty I took a video zooming into it and posted it to my Snapchat story saying "Someone missed out on all the Dr Pepper" with the woman shrugging emoji. Not only that but he was the FIRST ONE TO SEE IT. Which is a bit scary but also hilarious. But yeah I blocked him on messages because he knew this was important and just didn't respond to me. Party was great tho overall but I didn't get home until half an hour ago (midnight) lmao

It feels like I’m the only one who was being legit :/ in middle school all of my friends were a part of the LGBTQ+ community and now it was just a phase for them. One of them thought she was non-binary but is now a basic chorus girl who pretends she never thought that. One of them had a “phase”. hot take but the Mamma Mia! Broadway isn't that great. There's def some good and funny moments and I like the idea for the plot, but it feels less like a musical and a lot more like just an ABBA celebration. Love ABBA music tho
