Hi there! I'm Katie. I work part-time in retail but my two big loves are writing and History. I have a degree in History, and I am currently working through some Proofreading and Copyediting Courses to hopefully pursue something in the writing and editing field.

I write and read a lot - my fav genres being historical fiction, horror and a dash of fantasy. I love to interact with people on here, and have been part of quite a few book clubs and awards as a participant and a judge. My DMs are always open to chat!

LEEWARD [complete] - A queer historical adventure set on the Caribbean seas during the early 19th century. Captain Hiram Nightingale has just achieved a grand victory at the Nile, but it comes at a great cost. He transfers to Antigua where he is tasked with hunting down a mutinous ship called the Ulysses. 

COCYTUS [ongoing] - A historical horror set in Antarctica. The naval ship Cocytus is en route to the unexplored Antarctic continent. But their captain, Danby, is hiding a great secret which may endanger the ship and all the crew. Strange forces seem to swarm around them.
