"We mostly love the weather--- oh well, we also like the footy but really let's be honest it's all about -" the Welcome page looked nervously at the Writer, who nodded encouragingly "- the Sex! Wait - Did I just say that?" The About page started. "Shit I did say that. I'm so sorry, I meant to say --- the Sex. Shit, look I'm sorry, this WattPad isn't all G rated - or M rated or --- Look." The About page ruffled it's pages and straightened it's silk tie apologetically. "Let me start again. Hi; so I'm your About page and I'd like to welcome you to Melbourne in rich, illustrious, charming, beguiling Australia. We've seen stuff. We've worn masks on our face but we really do know how to entertain the world, honestly - and what we really REALLY want to share with you --- is --- FOOD. Yes that's right, food."  The About page is relieved to say the least the S word isn't being mentioned. 

"So sit back, get inspired by whatever comes to mind - or what is in your mind already - when you read a story here. What the heck (Sue Heck that is) enjoy yourself. There's gorges and forges aplenty, DnD to exploit and plenty of travel - even time travel?" asked the About page hopefully with a sideways glance at the Writer. "Hmm? Oh yes yes," they replied, and with a casual wave of a hand over the page many different stories appeared. "Hurrah!" And with that our heroic About page wandered off in search of a new story to give you and a new way to tell you that it really is fun here, just --- bring a latte (Writer here: pretty sure that's what we're still known for on Lygon Street right, right?
