I'm a born, and raised New Yorker who loves to write poetry, and is trying to slip into the original fiction genre.

My goal on WattPad is to post poetry chapbooks and any first-draft fiction novels in progress. I tend to write not-so-serious, "anime flavored", crime-family-themed romances. I'm a big fan of the Yakuza game series, Yankee-Kun to Megane-chan/Way of the House Husband mangas, etc. Because I love anime in several genres, I aim to write my romances with a decent serving of the "Shounen" genre (action).

Though I mostly write crime family stuff, I am currently trying out a dark fantasy romance titled, The Grackle. It's my first crack at anything like it so feel free to give it a gander if you're interested.

I also want to stress that when I write romance, the male leads do NOT fall into what's known as the contemporary "bad boy" trope. While they may behave similarly, my male love interests aren't abusive/toxic, have a moral spectrum, and give basic respect to people even if they have potty mouths. That includes my fictional mobsters unless they're villains.

I have written fanfiction for a variety of fandoms for many years (Jak & Daxter, Gintama, Fairy Tail, FFVII etc). To give myself breaks between my original writing, I'll usually work on a fanfic (currently working on Lore Olympus/Blood Reverie pieces). If you're interested in a link, let me know. :-)
