There's actually a playlist called Pride Time on Spotify. I was inspired by the playlists to make this. Credits to @/no for making this playlist.

This one shot takes place during pride month: June.

《Nico POV》

[beginning of June]

I walked out of the Cabin 13, inhaling the fresh scent of pine. Little flowers surrounded the Hades cabin and I knelt down to water them. Persephone always grows flowers around the camp when it's June. Persephone placed them perfectly into a LGBTQ flag in front of the I grabbed my iPod from my pocket and played my favorite playlist (it's actually a playlist that Will and I made called: Pride Time. It's just a list of our favorite LGBTQ+ songs). I hummed to the songs and watered the flowers. I'm sure the flowers don't need to be watered, but it's bettered to be safe then sorry.

"Nico? Whatcha doin'?" Percy and Annabeth walk up to me. They see Pride Flag arrangement and smile, "Persephone visited?"

"Haha, very funny. She loves having a step-son being gay," Nico rolled her eyes, but secretly thanked her under his breath. Annabeth giggled, for she knew that he was happy.

People all around camp were wearing little rainbow flags on their camp shirts and faces. One daughter of Aphrodite was wearing a trans flag on her shoulder, she was looking at photos of her transition with her sisters and brothers. Clarrise was carrying many of her fellow campers who were laughing and waving their Pride flags. It was a camp tradition to have a mini Pride March every June.

"ANGEL!!!" Will jumped on my back. Percy and Annabeth must of knew where this was going and scurried away. I laughed and turned my head.

"Will-?" I smiled. Will blushed and laughed and kissed me.

"Happy Pride Month, Sunshine!" Will lifted me up and kissed my cheeks. I cupped his face and kissed him again. My legs locked around his waist and I hugged him.

"Happy Pride, My Love," I relayed. Will put me down and we walked together hand in hand. Other campers smiled to us and handed us flags. Will boastfully showed off his relationship to his siblings even though we've been openly dating for a year. The siblings just smiled weakly and chuckled. Will was too proud to notice. I face palmed and dragged him away.

"Aw, c'mon what are you doing? I'm trying to show off our relationship! It's our first Pride together," Will whined.

"Yeah, being an public couple. We've been dating for almost 3 years, Il Mio Amore," I sighed.

"But!" Will pouted and gave me the hated puppy eyes.

"Ugh... don't give me those eyes, Will... I hate those eyes!!!" I looked away quickly.

"You...do...?" Will closed in on me.

"Uhhhhhh... UGH, ALRIGHT FINE! FINE!" I gave in. I dropped my head and followed him to go brag once more.

[lunchtime]

Embarrassment. That's all I can describe it. Will proudly walked around the camp holding my hand. He didn't even care that he looked like an idiot. I swear I could see a nose like Pinocchio. Stretching far and wide on Will's face.

"Um... Will..." I whispered.

"YES, MY DARLING SUGAR NUGGET~?" Will smiled and shouted.

"I'm sorry, what?" I asked. If only I had a hat to cover my face.

"What's wrong? You don't like my nickname?" Will asked suddenly. He was all in my face. I would say I hated it, but I'd be lying.

"Ah... n-nothing..." I wearily sighed.

"Oh good!!!" Will smiled again, "c'mon let's go do couples yoga!"

"I hate yoga though, oh forget it," I tried to say, but Will was already pulling my towards the activity.
