Chapter 1

Selina's pov

"Selina my babyyyy!" mom called me from down stairs.

"Mommyyyyy! Finally you're home! I missed youuuu!" Sigaw ko habang patakbong niyakap si mom.

"Ako baby? Di mo ako na miss?" Dad said with a jealous tone.

"Of course I didd." Dad hugged both me and mom.

5months silang paikot-ikot sa mundo dahil busy sila sa business. Well sanay na ako, and isa pa as my parents say 'it's for the future of our company.'

"By the way mommy bought you a new dress" parang mas exited pa ata si mom kaysa sakin. "Wear this later."

"Why? Is there a party?" I loveeee parties.

"It's a business dinner, with one of biggest agencies in the Philippines. You have to behave yourself." Dad said in a serious tone.

What the hell? Bat kaylangan nandoon pa ako? What can a grade 5 student do in a business dinner? And isa pa ang boring kaya puro business lang ang pag uusapan.

I have no choice so I went inside my room and nagulat ako nang makita yung make up artist namin ni mom.

"Don't worry Selina your mom told me to apply a very light make up." I sat down without talking kase ini-isip ko parin kung bakit kaylangan ko pang sumama.

Exactly 5:00pm kumatok si mom saking kwarto dahil aalis na daw kami.

After a short ride nasa tapat na kami ng isang mamahaling restaurant.

"Good evening ma'am and sir, the Guerrero family is already waiting inside." Sabi nung babae na sumalubong saamin.

Pag pasok ko nahagip agad ng mata ko ang lalake na halos kasing edad ko lang ata. Napa ayos siya ng upo nang makita ako. He looks so nervous.

"Good evening." Sabi ng lalake na medjo may edad na kay dad. "Roy." Tawag nya sabay tingin sa batang lalake.

"Uh- hi? Good evening pala HAHAH- aray dad ang sakit nun ah." Reklamo nya sa kanyang dad dahil kinurot siya. Omg ang cute niya. Bigla siyang lumapit siya sakin and offered his hand "Hi! I'm Roy Leonel Guerrero."

"Selina Cora Ferraren." Sabi ko sabay tanggap sa kanyang kamay.

"They really look good together." Sabi ng mom ata ni Roy.

While eating they talked about business. Ang boring naman.

After a few minutes someone kicked my feet under the table. Napasimangot ako sabay tingin kay Roy na nasa harap ko. Bigla siyang sumenyas na lumabas kaya nag paalam naman ako kanila mom and dad at lumabas.

Hinanap siya nang mata ko pero may tumakip nito. "Ano ba?! My make up will be ruined!"

"Arte naman nito ni madam awring." Pagalit ko siya tiningnan, baka matakot din siya saking tiger eyes. "If you're trying to look scary, it's not working." Mas napasimangot ako doon sa sinabi nya. What?! Ang dami na kayang natakot nitong tiger eyes ko! "But instead you look cute."

"What?!" Iritang sabi ko

"Or nag papacute ka lang talaga sakin." Bulong nya pero sapat na para marinig ko.

"The hell? Ako magpapacute? Sayo? Tch! Baka hindi mo alam na mga lalake ang nag papacute sakin?" I said with a smirk.

"Corny mo naman." Sabi nya sabay tawa. Arghh! I'm done with this.

"Pinalabas mo lang ba ako para asarin ako? Or you just want to be with me? Do you like me?"

"Edi pumasok ka. Hindi ko naman sinabi na lumabas ka talaga. Nakita ko kase na inip na inip kana doon sa loob. I was just trying to make u laugh." Sabi nya sabay turo sa mukha ko. Oh parang napahiya ako doon ah. Hindi ko na siya pinansin at pumasok na ulit.

Pag pasok ko I sat down immediately. Sumunod agad si Roy. Kaya napatingin silang lahat saamin.

"Sawakas nakabalik na din kayo. We have something to tell both of you." Grabe ang seryoso naman nitong dad ni Roy.

"In the near future Roy will be inheriting Best Artists Agency and Guerrero Modeling Agency." his dad said proudly. Wala naman akong pake kung sakanya ipamamana eh. "So na pagisipan namin if the child of two bigtime CEO will get married in the near future, it will be a very great news right?"

"What?!" Sabi ko sabay tayo. "I can't even imagine myself being in the same room with this guy! Hello?! All my life I thought I could marry someone I love."

"You never know Selina." I rolled my eyes sa sinabi ni Roy.

"You have no choice Selina. Roy is a great man, I bet he's the right man for you. Parents know what's best for their children." Sabi ni dad pagkapasok namin sa sasakyan. Best for your company rather.

It hurts to think that your parents can sacrifice their children's happiness just because of their stupid business.

"Baby wake up. You have class today." Mom woke me up with a sweet voice.

I took a quick bath and nag bihis na ako ng uniform namin.

Pagbaba ako biglang nawala ang malaking ngiti saking mukha dahil nakita ko si Roy na naka upo sa breakfast table namin. The heck?! We even have the same uniform!!

"Good Morning Cora." He greeted me with a wide smile. No one calls me Cora except my family.

"Morning." Walang ganang bati ko sa kanya.

Sabay kaming pumunta sa school. Pagbaba namin sa sasakyan nila, lahat ng mata ng mga babae ay nasa kanya. I can't deny the fact that he's handsome and very tall compared to other students in our room.

"Selinaaaaaaa!" My bestfriend Selena shouted. Yes, we have the same name but different spellings. "Ipakilalamo naman ako jan sa kasama mo."

"Uh.. Why?" I said with a fckn jealous tone.. What the hell Selina?! "I mean sure! This is Selena Nicole Rivera my bestfriend and this is Roy Leonel Guerrero my.. uh.. friend?"

"Friend?" Sabi ni Roy sabay taas ng kilay.

"Let's go we're lateee." Tumakbo agad ako papunta sa room at umupo agad. Tumalikod ako at nagulat dahil wala pa si Selena. Hindi pala siya sumunod sakin?

Maya-maya dumating siya kasama si Roy, Tumatawa pa! Duh! wala akong pake sa kanila kahit sila pa magkatuluyan. I'm not even that jealous.. maybe just a little bit..

Wait.. did I just get jealous?
