6. A Trip?

Ram and Sita along with their brothers and sisters enter the hall. All elders were present here. Maharaj Dashrath along with all his three Queens were also present. Kushadhwaja and Chandrabhaga were also asked to accompany Janak and Sunaina. Rishi Vishwamitri and Guru Vashisht were seated just next to the king so it must be something very important.

Ram- Yes pitaji, I guess everyone is here now. What did you wanted to share?

Dashrath- Actually we have decided something for all of us.

Sumitra- Not yet! It's just an idea. Nothing is decided till now. Right Maharaj?

Dashrath- Ofcourse. How can we decide something about your life without consulting you people.

Bharat- When did these formalities walk in between us? We can never oppose your decision. Whatever you have decided for us will be for our betterment only na.

All 7/8- Yes pitaji/ Maharaj!

Dashrath- Yeah but it's something very personal-

Janak- Sorry for speaking in between but i don't think we should burden them with decision and conclusion right now.

Lakshman- Pitaji, Maharaj Janak, you are not only confusing us but also making us worried. What the matter?

Sunaina- I don't know if I should say this but..sorry Maharaj Dashrath...but both are just real dumbo. There is nothing to worry. Infact it's a good news.

Shrutkirti- Really? What?

Kaushalya- You all are going on a small trip.

Sita- *panicked* But what about our marriage?

Ram- *tries to hide embarrassement and fails*

Lakshman- Sita bhabhi got no chills.

Rest of bacha party- *giggles*

Sumitra- Lakshman! You want this *points to her hand ready to slap*

Kaikeyi- Kids, we want the relations between Ayodhya and Mithila way deeper than just Sita and Ram's in-laws house. At least 4 times deeper. We want you all to get familiar with each other so Mithila kumari feels that Ayodhya is her home.

Kaushalya- We also understand that our four daughters are inseparable just like our sons so we want to give you all more time with Sita as your sister. Ayodhya is Sita's home but it isn't a strange building for 3 of you so get familiar with all this so you can spend time with your sister even after marriage.

Sumitra- Marriage is anyways just a ritual. What is more important is that two heart's unite forever and that is already done isn't it?

Hearing all those understanding words from her mothers Sita fell at their feet.

Sita- I am so grateful to God that he blessed me with such understanding family.

Dashrath- We infact are grateful that we got Mahalakshmi in form of our daughter.* pulls Sita in a fatherly hug*

Janak- So we have thought of a small get together trip for all of you in this village on the outskirts of Mithila. Even after Ram killed all the demons of that area there are complaints of frequent attacks. So Rishi Vishwamitri wants you to go and stay there till safety is ensured. The marriage is decided to be done after a month in revati nakshatra.

Sunaina- You all can spend some good time together without any restrictions from family or society. Then toh it will be alright to you Sita?

Sita- I..am fine with anything you have decided...am not in a hurry.
