No End For Tomorrow

*Sunday — 2:33 P.M

The weeks and days flew until the month of March without eventful occurrences. Maybe exclude the fact that Beomgyu has been hanging out with the same girl more frequently after his birthday, Yeji who keep infuriating her coworker, Soobin who's becoming more clingy to Lia than ever and Kai has been acting out really strange from the past weeks

Still no sign of Yuna but the girls are doing their best to connect some kind of communication with her. The cat leader is currently eating her lunch in the Entertainment's cafeteria where she worked for as a mentor. Her partner has avoided her presence like the plague

Her only solace was Felix who is also a trainee, they rarely talk though since the Australian boy is more engrossed in practicing all day long, "Hey, Weasley! What's negative one plus one?!" She piped and followed him upstairs as he carried paper bags in his hands, "Talk to me if I'm wrong. It's one hundred, right?"

Yet again, she was being muted by his silent treatment, "Come on! Talk to me! You ain't a kid anymore to give me this treatment! I didn't do anything wrong to hurt your feelings, did I?" He opened the dancing practice room and almost shut it close on her face, "Geez! You almost broke my skull right there!"

He casually sat on the platform and wordlessly ate, her presence works as a ghost to his senses. Exasperated, she finally snapped, "Song Mingi, if you don't open your mouth to speak to me—"

"You will do what?" He crudely interrupted but not once sparing a glimpse on her, "I will tell everyone to call you Mingi instead of Mr. Song." She blackmailed, grinning wickedly when his hands stopped working and finally glancing at her, "Then what? You think that'll change anything for me?"

Lifting her shoulders in a shrug, she quipped, "Figured you'll hate being called by your first name. But seriously, what did I do wrong for you to ignore me?" Her adorable pouty expression couldn't possibly be set aside. Grunting in defeat he faced the opposite direction where he can't see her

"Is it because I don't remember you?! If you think I'm pretending then you're absolutely wrong. I swear I don't really remember you in my childhood, I'm trying my best that's why I need your cooperation to help me... if you're willing to." The boy didn't even acknowledge what she ranted and continued on eating

"Mingi?!" He finally halted his extra movements and briefly glanced at her, "If you want to remember me then you'll have to figure that one out for yourself, it's pretty simple, Yeji. Now, your shift ends later, go and smooch yourself with your boyfriend after you go home and don't bother me."

Her eyes almost gouged out of its sockets, "How did you know that?! You're rarely in Hanlim!" It was probably the most chaotic year so far for her when her brother got the news about Yeonjun... and she does not want to narrate anything about it

"Doesn't mean I have no ears." He dead pan with unexpressed features, "You eavesdrop or something?! Aish! Forget it! Why were you ignoring me for weeks?!" He rolled his eyes and leaned against the mirror behind him, "Because I want to."

She flung her arms out of frustration, "Can you just tell me what you know in my childhood that I have forgotten about you?! I'm desperate to know, aren't you supposed to help me out since you were my friend?!"
