After telling them all that happened, I looked around to see how shocked they were.

Suddenly, Jennie punched Sehun's arm, he groaned in pain as he shot Jennie a confused glare.

"Why didn't you go with her? My sister could've died!" Jennie exclaimed.

The 5 started to bicker while I decided to start healing Hyunjin's hand.

I gently pulled his hand in, disinfecting his knuckles. He hissed in pain.

"Sorry!" I yelped in a panic.

Hyunjin looked at me. "Careful princess. That hurts." He said with a serious face.

I glared at him and continued to clean his knuckles, intentionally pressing harder. He let out a high pitch screech from the pain. I struggled to compress my laughs when everyone in the room looked at him weirdly. He awkwardly smiled before glaring at me. I stuck my tongue out at him in a jokingly manner. I caught him slightly smile, I proudly smiled myself.

"So, Hyunjin."

We both turned to the voice who happened to be Jennie's.

"What were you doing outside at this hour?" The brunette asked.

"I sensed a damsel in distress." The bruised boy who sat next to me bragged. I scoffed in annoyance.

"His dog ran away." I corrected.

Hyunjin threw me a disgusted look. "Way to ruin the fun."

Looking away from him, I bandaged his hand.

"Alright you're good. You can go home now." I said clearly tired of his presence.

"Ouch, are you kicking me out Y/N?" Hyunjin asked while holding onto his heart dramatically with his now bandaged hands.

"Yes. I am." I said with a smile.

Hyunjin sighed before signaling his dog towards him. Jisoo frowned as the dog jumped out of her lap.

"Well, I guess this is a farewell. Goodnight Employees, Damsel in distress and Damsel in distress's sister." Hyunjin said, bowing towards us like a prince at the door.

"Goodnight Hyunjin." I said before slamming the door on him. I finally let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

"I thought he was mean? He seems nice, just a bit cocky." Jennie described.

Lisa scoffed. "A little ?" She asked.

Jennie nodded, confused.

"If I'm being honest. I sort of ship him with Y/N." Chaeyoung winked at me.

The girls giggled. Sehun formed a disgusted face whilst I gagged.

"Please. Don't ship a pervert and angel together. Those two forms don't seem to be compatible." Sehun explained while putting his fingers side by side and then breaking them apart again. I giggled a bit.

"Way to ruin the mood Sehun" Jisoo complained.

"What do you mean 'ruin'? he saved it." I fought back. Sehun and I high fived while the girls rolled their eyes and turned the movie back on.

~

"Y/N, wake up! you'll be late! Do you want that boss of yours to nag at you?"

Waking up, I was able to identify the voice as Jennie's. I tried to complain but the words wouldn't leave my throat. I weakly shifted to my other side to meet Jennie's face. Just as I opened my mouth to speak, a rough cough escaped my throat. Jennie's face grew concerned.

"Y/N, are you okay?" Jennie asked. I lied and nodded.

I forced myself out of my bed and into my closet to get ready for work. A smile formed on my lips as I looked at the uniform in my closet.

Finally, a size that fits.

"Y/N, I change my mind. You should call in sick." Jennie suggested worriedly. I shook my head and got ready for work.

~

"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Jennie asked me one last time as we pulled up to the building. I sighed and reassured her once again before exiting the car and walking into the building.

"Y/N!"

I turned to my friends waving me over. I smiled and straightened my posture before walking toward them.

"You're late, better hope Hyunjin doesn't catch you-"

"Too late."

I turned over to the voice that cut Chaeyoung off. A figure towered over me.

"Y/N, You're 10 minutes late. You owe me." Hyunjin said with his stupid, devilish smirk.

"I'm sorry sir-"

"I'll see you during overtime." Hyunjin said before leaving.

I sighed and tried to turn around to my friends but a sudden dizziness hit me. Jisoo and Lisa immediately held me up.

"Y/N, are you okay?" Sehun asked.

"Yeah, Just a bit dizzy." I reassured before getting dismissed to do work.

Being his assistant sucks.

I cursed at myself for accepting his offer because of a uniform size. Finally getting to Hyunjin's door to hand him some important papers, I sighed and knocked.

"Come in." A muffled voice called. I sighed to relax myself before opening the door.

"Sir, These papers are for-"

"On the desk over there." Hyunjin said without even sparing a glance.

I rolled my eyes and put the papers where he requested. Taking my leave, My head started to pound and I could feel a familiar dizziness.

Oh, the world has gone dark.
