TW: Descriptions of blood (in the next couple chapters aswell)

A smile of satisfaction drew across Fundys face. The gun hung from his hand and he slid it into his pocket as he walked back down George's driveway. He could finally have Dream to himself.
Sapnap's car was still sitting by the house.

"Hey!" He shouted at the car. Sapnaps face popped out of the window.

"What did you do with him?" Sapnap asked, his face looked worried. Fundy smirked.

"I did what I needed to do, he'll be fine" he said as he walked up to Sapnap. Sapnap smiled nervously back. "Now I want you to drive away somewhere" Fundy said looking at Sapnap seriously. "Go anywhere, but let me have my time with Dream" he smirked. Sapnap gave an honest nod and turned on the engine. Fundy watched until Sapnaps car disappeared around the corner and he couldn't hear the rough engine anymore.

Fundy turned and walked into George's house. He took a breath and turned corners, searching for a sign of life. He walked down a hallway to find a closed door. This must be it. He gently pushed it open to reveal Dream lying peacefully in the middle of a bed, asleep. Fundy smiled as he stared at his prize.

"Bingo" he muttered at himself. He smoothed out his clothes and checked to make sure there wasn't any blood on them. His heart beat fast. Fundy walked over to Dreams bed and quickly shook him awake. He stretched his arms and opened his big green eyes to stare at Fundy,

"Fundy?" Dream muttered and froze in the bed in disbelief. "What are you doing here?" He asked, holding eye contact.

"I have some bad news" Fundy rushed, making himself sound worried. "It's about George". This made Dream sit up. He looked pale in the dark.

"What is it? Did something happen?" Dream asked nervously. Fundy stood up straight and looked down on Dream like he was a puppet.

"Sapnap and I, we decided to drive here to make sure you guys were ok" Fundy started, he rubbed his arm to look nervous. He saw goosebumps on Dreams arms.

"We just got here, and when I got out of the car I saw George. He was on his way out. I... I asked him what was wrong and he said he couldn't do it." Fundy looked Dream in the eyes.
"He said it was all to much. And he had lost feelings for you Dream. He's leaving" Fundy finished. Trying to read Dreams shocked expression.

"No" he whispered, looking down at his hands. Fundy sighed.

"Unfortunately" Fundy replied, watching Dream.

"No" he whispered again. Fundy became impatient.

"Dream he told me those exact words. So I came in immediately to make sure you were okay. I thought he would've told you" Fundy lied straight at Dream. He watched as Dreams eyes went shiny.

"Can you turn around, I need to get dressed" Dream said seriously. Fundy nodded and turned towards the door. There was some shuffling behind him then a hand on his shoulder. He turned back.

"What are you doing?" Fundy asked.

"I don't know, I don't know what to think" Dream said, his voice wobbly.

"How about we go for a walk?" Fundy suggested, "and we can talk about it". Dream looked at Fundy and nodded.

Fundy lead the way out of George's house and out into the night air. They walked in silence down George's road until Dream spoke up. He was shaking.

"Where's Sapnap?" He asked. Fundy looked at Dreams face. He looked so kissable. But not yet. When he had shot George he made sure not to kill him. He wanted George to witness it. The moment Dream fell for him instead.

"He's looking for George, not sure where" Fundy lied. Dream hung his head.
Something cold landed on Fundys shoulder. He looked up and held out his hand. It was raining. He looked into Dreams eyes as they began to get close to the alley George would be sitting in. Dream looked back.

"Look Dream, I'm really sorry about George, but just know I'll always be here for you. Remember what I said" Fundy said seriously. Dream looked at the truth in his eyes.

"Thank you Fundy" Dream said and smiled. The rain had flattened his fluffy brown hair and droplets fell down his face. They continued to walk. Fundy slipped his hand into Dreams. Dream squeezed it gratefully.

George felt himself fading. The pain washed over him. He wanted it to stop. It was burning him alive. Rain had began to fall. It relaxed him and washed away the blood. He was flooded in darkness alone in the pouring rain. Suddenly two voiced rung through his ears. Was this heaven. He forced his eyes open, wincing at the pain. Still alive. George gritted his teeth and waited as the voice grew louder. He was laying against the wall in pain.
A shadow loomed around the corner at the end of the alley. George made out two bodies, and as the moonlight shone onto their features George felt his heart drop. Fundy and Dream. They stood facing each other, their hands connected and rain making their bodies shine. George stared at Dreams shoulders and jawline. He wanted Dream to see him. To save him.

"Dream" he tried to murmer but realise the words were in his head, his throat was clogged and he couldn't speak. Pain shot through his head as he tried to push out the words. He listened as Dream and Fundy spoke. He couldn't make out the sentences. But he saw the look on Dreams face. The moonlight shone onto his eyes as they sparkled with a new love. George felt a tug on his chest.
Suddenly Fundy put a hand around Dreams neck. They smiled at each other and Fundy pulled Dream in. Their lips touched and Fundy tilted his head. George felt like his chest was being ripped out. His heart exploded. Tears rolled down his cheeks and washed away in the rain. The pain in his leg was gone and replaced with a more extreme pain. He felt broken. All the time he had spent with Dream lead up to this. He watched, motionless and shaking as Dream and Fundy stood in the rain, illuminated by moonlight held close to each other. What he felt for Dream was different to anything else. It must be love. How could he not recognise it. How much he needed Dream was bigger than what he thought. He couldn't live without it. George desperately begged silently for Dream to pull away. They didn't. It was as though something he couldn't live without had been silently ripped off him. The tears flooded his eyes. He was invisible in the darkness. Unnoticeable by Dream. George closed his eyes and let the unbearable pain wash over him. Letting out a quiet sob and passing out onto the stone concrete, hoping to die before the pain ripped off his flesh. He was miserable and soaked in a mixture of water and blood. Images flashed in his mind of the moments he spent with Dream before this. His life flashed before him. This was it. He grappled blindly at the concrete, holding on to the last memories of Dream holding him tight. Fundy had replaced him.
