Basically he's Flug from Villainous in a way.
Type of scientist: I believe he's a Animal Geneticist and I guess you can say Lab Animal technician since he does take care of his animals
So he kinda has DID(Disortive identity disorder) but I'm not sure since it might be something like a Psychotic episode. So when someone tries to take one of the animals he has in his lab he completely looses it and usually kills them but blacks out and when he wakes up he doesn't remember anything. Now if your wondering why he isn't in jail it's because he's a very good scientist so they have him in a secluded place with some scientists who avoid him usually.
