Arthur would be a kind Doctor that would be trying to help people because he's empathetic. He's also the type of doctor that's most likely to get raped- but overall he's nice to his patients and really wants to help hem.
Joe:
Joe would be a caring but cold type of doctor. He wants to help them for the money and he feels bad for them.
Terrance:
Terrance is a guard since he would never work well as a doctor.
Sandra:
I'd feel bad for her patients.
Hope:
She'd be a doctor who isn't completely helpful but at the same time is sympathetic towards her patients.
Nick:
The mean and cold doctor that most patients are afraid of.
Fido:
Probably the person who runs the place.

While I know patients don't usually wear straight jackets. Some patients like Arthur are to unstable and unpredictable which is why he's also in a padded room. He also has really bad mood swings.
