All right, this is the first time (I think) I've actually done Wings of Fire ship art with canon characters.

Darksight is probably my favorite ship if only because it holds so much meaning. I recently re-read Legends Darkstalker and it's really sad. If I'm allowed to get boring for a second, I think it's kind of about the opposite of accepting fate: Clearsight and Darkstalker knew they were destined for each other, and they shared a sort of unbreakable attachment, but in the end, all of those futures where they had dragonets and a life together never happened. It seemed more often than not, the futures that seemed more likely never happened. Once Darkstalker turned evil, Clearsight was forced to lock her love in a mountain for what she thought would be eternity. I mean, that's just really sad.

(But I'm so happy she was able to find a good life on the Lost Continent)

I tried to convey some sort of that meaning in this art, (so that's why Clearsight's crying) but I don't know how well I did XD.

Okay, please forgive me for that...I promise I won't get all philosophical for every post...hehe...
