CHAPTER 3

Salvatore House
"That Ric is one weird dude" I said whilst walking into Stefan's bedroom unannounced
"Oh so you're back? I guess you haven't realised this, but you Adaria are quite weird yourself" said Stefan smiling whilst I rolled my eyes "Thanks Stef, means a lot. I realised that you lot don't stand a chance without me here and I can't have you dying on me now" I said glancing towards Elena whilst she was looking through boxes of clothes

"Your ancestors were such packrats" she said whilst I giggled, she smiled and turned to me "Okay, so what do you think? Twiggy or sexy hippy?" she said whilst holding up two outfits "Hmm definately sexy hippy" I said "You know it's not too late to back out, right?" Stefan said whilst looking at her "And what, miss out on all the fun?" she said whilst turning back to me "Okay come and pick your outfit Dara" she smiled "Thanks. Hey, I'm gunna give you two a minute"

I found an empty room to change into my 60s outfit, this should be interesting
"You coming?" damon said boredly in the doorway "Yep, give me a minute" I said whilst adding the finishing touches to my outfit

Mystic Falls High School
I arrived at the High School with Damon
"Damon. Dara" Bonnie said whilst glaring at me "Evenin" he said "Hey, I'm sorry for the way I acted earlier" I said "Yeah, I guess I am as well" Bonnie said as Stefan and Elena approached
"Hey you three. Oh, you guys look nice." said Elena as she embraces Bonnie "You too" Bonnie said smiling "You guys ready to do this?" said Stefan as we each nod
[Inside everyone is dancing. Dana goes onto the stage and speaks into the microphone.]
"Thanks for being here, everybody. We have a special shout-out tonight" said Dana
[Elena, Stefan, Bonnie, Jeremy, Damon and Dara stop in front of the stage.]
"This is for Elena. From Klaus" continued Dana
[A song starts playing. Elena and the rest are stunned. Alaric/Klaus looked happy.]
"That was a lame, cheap shot. He's just trying to bait us" said Damon annoyed whilst looking around the room "I know everyone here" said Elena confused "Maybe he's not here. Just wants us to believe that he is" said Stefan, trying to confort her "It's a party, people. Blend. Let him come to us"
"Good idea" Bonnie says as she takes Jeremy's arm "No, no, I really don't feel like dancing" said Jeremy "Too bad"
"There's Ric. I'll be back" said Damon whilst grabbing my hand

"Special dedication, huh? This guy's a little twisted" said Alaric/Klaus "I'm not impressed" "No?" said Alaric/Klaus looking disappointed "Let me know if you see anything out of whack" said Damon as he leaves "I personally found it kinda funny. The looks on their faces were priceless" I said to Alaric/Klaus giggling "I thought you were leaving?" Alaric/Klaus says whilst chuckling "Yeah well, I decided to stay and see if anything entertaining happens" I said glancing at Alaric/Klaus "I think you can count on that"
"So um how do you know Katherine if you don't mind me asking?" Alaric/Klaus asked interested "We go back a long way, at one point she was my only family. And then did something to me that it unforgivable" I said to him sadly "Hey I better go check on the others" I said with a small smiling whilst walking away

I decided to go outside for some fresh air, talking about her always seems to make me upset. I hear shouting coming from the inside so I run in following the sound "Hey what's going on" I shout to Damon "Not sure" he replies
We turn to see Bonnie and Elena running towards us "What happened?" Damon asked Elena "Klaus is in Alaric's body" she said "What?" me and Damon say at the same time "He's possessing it or something" said Bonnie "Go find Stefan. Now" he said towards me and Elena "Okay" she said whilst nod

Elena walks over to a blonde guy and girl and I sort of tune out of the conversation as I notice Stefan over the other side of the room. I start walking over to him as Elena follows

The three of them start running through the hallway. Damon walks out a door in front of them
"There you are" he said "What are you doing? Where's Bonnie?" Elena said annoyed "She's doing what she has to do" Damon said "What?" she said "Where is she?" said Stefan "Stefan, let her do this." he said "Damn it, Damon, where is she?!" Stefan said to his brother "What is wrong with you" I say to Damon as I follow Elena and Stefan

"Bonnie, no!" I hear Elena shout "No! Oh! Bonnie! Bonnie, Bonnie! Bonnie! Hey, hey" Elena says as I walk into the room "Stefan, she's not breathing!" she says whilst holding Bonnie's body and starts crying "Stefan! Stefan, I can't find her pulse! Stefan! Do something, please! Stefan, please! Just give her blood, do something, please!" she says begging him to help "It's too late. I'm sorry" he says whilst Elena is still crying and shaking her head in disbelief "No! No. No, no, no, no, no! Bonnie! Bonnie, please, no! No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no!" she cries out whilst I stand on the otherside of the room unsure on what to do.
"Stefan, get Elena out of here. I'll deal with the body" Damon says as he arrives "What do you mean, deal with it?" I say looking over at Damon "The sheriff can't know about this. Last thing we need's another mysterious death" "This is Bonnie!" Elena shouts "Get her home. Now. So I can clean this up." Damon said whilst Stefan helped Elena to her feet

At this point I'd had enough, everywhere I go people always end up dead. In the short time I've known Elena I've grown quite fond of her, so it hurt to see her like this. I left the building and started walking. I walked around for a few hours until I decided to head back to the boarding house where Damon explained everything to me
