(he's 14 and lives with his grandma since parents died,he was only 3 when they died,his mother died in a car crash,his father stopped eating and kept drinking for months then he passed away,he only now has his grandma shes blind like a bat but can cook really well,and she loves charlie very much,she feels like a mother all over again,she wishes she could see him though.charlie is a strange boy he likes to go fishing but is like a cat trying to catch the fish with his hands an likes being out at night,his eyes glow nearly a ice blue in the dark,it happened after his mother died he was in the car crash but survived.after the car crash he had surgery on his eyes making them sorta robotic,it helps him see more in the dark now.he was homeschooled half his life,he dropped out at the age of 10,cuz of all the bulling and teasing he went through.and so far he lives a normal boys life,just never the one he wanted he is still very happy though,he only wishes that his parents could be with him.
