Falling for you wasn't easy
The tightrope simply snapped
I never asked for you to catch me
You just clutched me within your grasp
We were sworn to different lives
Fate written before comprehension
An existence we so very much despised
Darkness befell our ascension
Oh how we tried to deny this love
Consuming our once hollow cores
But as we gazed at the stars above
We believed our bond could not be torn
How could I not recognize the signs
We were doomed to fall from the start
A raging war of opposing ties
It is time to snap them apart...
Before we fade
Into nothingness
No one to catch us this time
