I was at work working on a patient because we had just gotten a trauma with multiple people. after finishing on my patient I cleaned up and went down to the lobby to tell the family. I then went to go talk to one of my friends, April Kepner. while we were talking I saw amira and clara.

"I'll be right back April"

"yeah, sure no problem"

I walked up to them with my hands in my white coat.

"what are you two doing here? It's eleven a clock at night." I said sternly

"mom, can we um talk. privately" amira asked

"fine" I said going to the fellows lounge

"what do you girls need"

"dads cheating on you" clara said

after she said that I hugged both of them tightly, wanting to make sure they're okay

"everything's gonna be okay girls" I said when I heard a door open

"oh I'm-"

"it's okay derek"

"what's wrong" he asked as the girls pulled away from the hug

"my dads cheating" amira replied

"ew don't say his name you idiot"

"clara"

"what it's true" clara replied

"alright you two stay in here and don't break or annoy anyone, please" I said walking out of the lounge with derek on my side

"you okay"

"yeah I don't really care"

"you never cared did you"

I've been cheating on my wife, y/n for a few months now and she has no idea. the girl was faith, also y/n's best friend. she always comes home late because she's a doctor. we have two daughters who are always out and of course I care for them.

it was eleven a clock at night and both of the girls should have been home by now. I called amira and she didn't answer so I called clara and she picked up.

"clara where are you"

"why would you care"

"because I'm your father"

"why don't you go fuck that slut of whore you've been cheating on mom with"
