John - probably would blast Revolution 9 or maybe just sits on you and pokes you until you wake up
Paul- brings in breakfast and asks what you want to do that day
George - cuddles up to you and grumbles a small "good morning" and falls back asleep
Ringo - likes to sing to you while you sleep so you wake up to him singing "you are my sunshine" maybe :)
