Annabeth woke up in the morning by the sun shining through the windows. The previous night was fuzzy, but she decided to ignore it and turn back to her pillow.

That is, until she figured out her 'pillow' was a drooling Percy Jackson with her favorite book open on his face.

She scrambled away, but in doing so landed hard on the floor with a loud thump. Percy bolted awake next to her.

The two blushed heavily, deeply ashamed. Percy gave her a awkward smile, "I guess we fell asleep. Oh gods, I feel bad. I didn't mean to lead you on and I—"

"Percy, stop!" Annabeth yelled, but she sank into the floor when realizing how loud she was. "I'm sorry. I just, you didn't lead me on. Y-you love Leo, what happened last night was you just comforting me and we fell asleep. We only ended up in those positions because of body heat. Easy scientific explanation, see?"

"Uh yeah," Percy agreed. "Just science. No chemistry,"

"Science is chemistry, Seaweed Brain," Annabeth said without thinking, her shyness leaving her as though a fog was being lifted.

"I knew that, Wise Girl," Percy laughed, lying slightly.

The two paused for a moment, the same sense of familiarity they had felt when they first met coming back to them.

Annabeth looked up, for a brief second her grey eyes meeting his green. She smiled slightly, trying to stop a blush from creeping on her face. "You drool in your sleep,"

It seemed to happen like that.

Everything came rushing through them, memories flooding through them like blood would a body. They blinked a few times, before their eyes locked again, holding each other's gaze.

"Wise girl?" Percy asked, catching his breath. His voice came out quiet, almost like he wasn't sure any of this was real.

"Yeah," Annabeth whispered, smiling. "It's me, Seaweed Brain,"

The two ran forward, crashing each other in a hug. Annabeth threw her arms over Percys, burying her face into him.

Percy flinched. "I love Leo! No I don't. Memories. Two lives. Pick one or die from both,"

"Percy? Percy, it's okay. Let's go to Leo. Let's figure this out. If we stop him, it will be back to normal. Just, don't forget,"

"What if—" Percy struggled to even speak, multiple layers of spell still taking hold of his mind. "What if he gets hurt? What if you get hurt,"

Annabeth slid her hand into his, intertwining their fingers like they had so many times before. "As long as we're together,"

The camp didn't seem too out of the ordinary, although the Athena cabin was glaring at Annabeth and Piper was barely wearing anything.

Percy banged on the door of bunker nine, both sets of memories telling him this was where Leo spent the majority of his time. "Leo!"

Leo Valdez opened the door, frowning when he saw Annabeth next to Percy but not yet seeing their hands. He tried to smile as he turned to Percy. "What do you need, Perce?"

Percy was fuming with anger, but apart of him wanted to wrap Leo in his arms and never let go. He ignored that part and went with his anger.

"What the hell did you do?!?"
