Natasha looked at the sky and saw more Chitauri warriors flying bout, as well as space phantoms that looked eerily like huge worms. "Guys."
"Call it captain." Tony said as they all stared at the wormhole.
"Alright listen up. Until we can close that portal our priority is containment. Barton, I want you on that roof, eyes in everything. Call out patterns and strays. Stark, you got perimeter. Anything gets more than three blocks out, you turn it back or you turn it to ash." Cap continued giving assignments as Barton and Tony flew away. A sense of worry grew inside of hopes chest, a pit in her stomach telling her something bad was about to happen.
"Vic, Hope, Nat, you guys stay on the ground here with me. We keep the fighting here. Wonder twins, keep the fight away from the people, they didn't ask for this. And hulk... Smash!"
As the hulk leaped away, hope and vic ran to the twins.
"You guys be careful ok?" Victoria said as she grabbed Josie's hand. The pair nodded and the four of them hugged.
"Good luck!" She shouted as the twins ran away.
Hope looked at the girl next to her, "You ready to do this Blake?"
"You know it Mikaelson." The two smiled at each other and went back to Steve and Natasha.

Nat was being held against the hood of a taxi by a soldier when it was kneed in the back and fell down.
"Your welcome." Vic said as she tightened her ponytail.
They were both startled by Steve when he jumped off the bridge.
"Y'know this isn't gonna mean a damn thing if we don't close that portal."
"Our biggest guns couldn't touch it."
"Well what if we didn't use guns?" Victoria said in thought before the two turned around to her. Nat raised an eyebrow at this. "What do you mean?"
"Well, if the tesseract is what is creating the portal, we would need something just as powerful."
Hope came running over from a fight that she was in. "I'll go. I can handle myself." She said but Nat just said that she had to come too.
