Here is week 2 of my log :)
Okay so I want to say everything I plan on doing in this restriction diet type thing. I plan on binging at birthday parties and holidays. I won't overeat but I will still eat what I like. Those are my cheat/binge days. That's all I'm trying to eat less then 400 calories a day this week, I'll see how it goes lol. Also I think I'm gonna start posting other things throughout the week I just don't know what yet? Do I just realized all the times I logged cherry tomatoes last week it was 18 calories not 30 lol

Day 1

Breakfast: nothing- 0

Reflection: today I worked out after school and then did a super light workout just now. I feel like I ate too much even though I ate less than 400. I think we're all eating dinner together so I think I will skip breakfast again and then have a smaller lunch than I had today or none and then eat a small snack before I workout I don't know haha. Anyways I feel fine right now and full felt kinda guilty for eating dinner, it's not that bad for me I just wasn't starving so I felt like I didn't need it I guess but at least I don't feel like absolute shit right now so it's fine i guess but I'm not gonna eat if I'm not super hungry cus that's just stupid. I'm going to put rice cakes in my locker teehee. ALSO I NEED TO WATCH HARRY POTTER TN ITS BEEN TOO LONG LMAO

Reflection: I JUST WEIGHED MYSELF AND I LOST 4.2 POUNDS in the last few days! Idk how but so far I've lost 10.2 pounds in the last 8 days :) okay I just finished dinner and I have a bit of a stomach ache but I think it's cus I'm fuller than usual I snacked more than usual today cus I was home all day instead of at school. But I still didn't go over 400 so. 2 days under 400 cals, haven't failed yet:) gn

Reflection: I've gained .8 pounds 👁👄👁 I shall eat less tomorrow. I'm debating weather I should eat some frozen blueberries or not but I think i will but IDK it will only equal 257 all together but idk what to do lol UGH I could have a popsicle instead or nothing but I think I'll have some blueberries :) I ate da blueberries hehe. Anyways I think I'm getting a cold and I have a headache and my nose won't stop running and I ran outside earlier and it's cold where I live and ugh I feel like shit now so goodnight :)

I'm so tired ughhh

Reflection: ahhh my dad made me oatmeal for breakfast so I didn't want to say no so I'm just gonna skip lunch. Also, I had a dream last night that I WENT OVER MY CALORIE LIMIT and I was like freaking out lmao and I woke up this morning and was like oh my gosh thank god. That oatmeal gave me a stomach ache I think it was too much lol but I'm probably lowering suspicion hopefully :) umm idk why but that wrap was so filling tonight lol.

Reflection: I had basketball today EW I'm trying to restrict more cus I feel like I didn't lose very much this week :/ I NEED MORE MEAL IDEAS LMAO I switch between two different things every night. Should I start putting my total steps too? I might forget tho haha also tracking water is rly annoying I feel like I drink less kind of? But I'll probably keep tracking it haha. OKAY I FEEL LIKE SHIT NOW but I was with me friends and I think one of them is sus cus she always offers me some of her lunch so I ate as much as everyone else but I literally feel like puking (not purging I'm not a fan lol I hate puking) but I binged so I literally feel like crying right now but I'm gonna stay under 350 until Thursday cus that is my planned binge day lol I'm also not counting cals that day cus it's too difficult cus it's a party so I'm not gonna measure stuff so yea. PLS like I am not used to eating this much so I'm kinda dying right now. I also had basketball today which I felt so light headed at I was scared I was going to pass out and I had a stomach ache but I didn't pass out haha. I want to skip lunch tomorrow but I feel like crap when I don't eat before sports so I'm gonna sleep till 11 so I can eat at like 12 cus my practice is at 1 so yea I'll probably just have yogurt and fruit. SHUGXSGBJUFSS I JUST ATE HASH BROWNS LMAO IG ILL BINGE but like I'm literally gonna go eat chocolate I think. I ate so much today I feel disgusting EW bruh I'm literally crying not joking like I ate so much and it was unnecessary and I want to puke to be completely honest but I'm not cus I hate puking and it's a terrible road to go down all I can do now is be better tomorrow :) I'm just so disappointed and sad like usually my net is negative but it's so much today and ugh I literally hate myself :/

Reflection: ugh I had basketball again today I hate it haha but anyways I wasn't that hungry today but I was craving chocolate lol so I made a low cal mug cake I found online and it was so good lmk if you want the recipe :) I'm also mad that I haven't lost that much but it's kinda my fault for binging yesterday. anyway today was good overall, still pissed about the binge yesterday but it happens I guess :/ I'm going to my friends on Tuesday to study for exams and were making a whole bunch of cute food so I'm not gonna count but I will try to skip breakfast and lunch that day so i shouldn't go over that bad. I think the reason I wasn't as hungry today was cus I'm stressed about exams it kinda makes me lose my appetite cus I get anxious but that's good in a way?
