FORGOT TO DO THIS BUT DID GOOD THIS WEEK, logging wednesday through sunday.

WEDNESDAY

i burnt 547 active cals but 2,316 (from fitness app idk what it means but i'll include both).

snack: ate half of a maple donut but ripped some of the donut along with the frosting off- 130 cals

snack/lunch: cliff bar chocolate brownie: 250

THURSDAY
540 cals consumed
i burnt 573 active cals but 2,389 total cals.

drink: coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer 30 cals
snack: toll house crackers flatbread and grapes 100 cals
snack/lunch: chocolate brownie cliff bar 250 cals
dinner: premier protein shake 160 cals

FRIDAY
406 cals consumed
i burnt 663 active cals but 2,510 total cals.

drinks: espresso with zero sugar caramel syrup and half cup of almond milk 18 cals
half a reign energy drink 5 cals
lunch: pizza 218
snack: pickle spear 5 cals
dinner: protein shake 160 cals

we had pizza for the play i am helping with doing the lights so i had a piece :/ plus side is it is 32 cals less than the cliff bar lmao not as much energy or nutritional value though. definitely not enough nutrition in the pizza felt like i was gonna pass out at practice.

SATURDAY
1,340?? cals but i literally have no idea but i overate so much today i want to cry. i just calculated my deficit and to lose 2 pounds/week i wld eat 1,586 cals so technically this was still a deficit but i feel so shitty about it...
don't know how many i burnt because i couldn't wear my watch for my softball tournament... i wore it when i could and i burnt HEHDHSH cals in the time my watch was on.
i would estimate like HDBDHD active cals and HDBSHX total.

breakfast: two eggs and slice of toast 234 cals

lunch: wraps my coach brought for us for softball estimating 300
